Week 9, Term 1

Welcome to week 9!

As our term is quickly coming to an end, please remember that our little ones will be very tired and will need as much extra rest as they need to complete the last two weeks of term.

We had a wonderful week 8 celebrating so many special events. The boys and girls were very exhausted on Friday and I'm sure they all slept very well over the weekend. We have some very exciting events happening at St.Bernardine's in the next few weeks;

Tuesday March 27th - Cross Country

The prep race will be between 12pm - 1pm. Unfortunately we do not have a set time as there are a number of races before hand. It is a free dress day on Cross Country to raise money for Caritas (gold coin donation). If your child lost their coloured band that was sent home last week please e-mail me or ring the office to find out your child's house colour.

Wednesday March 28th - Showcase Night

We will be opening our classroom up for the children to show their families the wonderful work they are doing in the classroom. A reminder that this is a special night for you and your child not a parent/teacher information night. You will have the opportunity for parent/teacher interviews in Term 2. More information about this night will be posted on next week's blog as well as in the school newsletters.

Thursday March 9th - Last Day of Term

A reminder that school finishes on the Thursday due to Good Friday occurring the next day. The children will then have 2 weeks of school!
